We should know how to manage and guide
Our members and projects effectively.
A vice chairman’s post should be used
To train other members in these functions.
Treasures from our financial workshop is welcome
And the facilitators or Phoenix project managers
Are the observers from our head office
And will only intervene
On the matters of psychosocial assistance matters.
Our management is democratically selected
And should formulate such guidelines.
It should be transparent
With an open door approach.
Everybody should be trained in skills
Which we can use in our own
And in our organizational life
Such as utilizing Toastmasters International.
