59.            RELAXATION

It is important we learn how to relax
And what role stress plays in our lives
Most mental illness is stress related
Either in the onset of the illness
Or the reoccurring of relapses.
Therefore do we need to know when we are stressed
And what stress is bad for us
And what stress is good for us
To perform our daily tasks.
There are many stress therapies available
They mostly work on the biofeedback principle
Where we measure biologically  the reduction of stress.
They are taught by the mental health professionals
And uses the mind through projection,
Relaxation of mussels and breathing exercises.
It is best we familiarize ourselves with them
And avoid the chemical based therapies
On which we may become dependant.
